At Custom Box Master, every box we create is crafted specifically to your unique requirements. Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final and non-refundable. That said, we take pride in our quality standards and will promptly address any issues that are the result of our error.

Final Sale Terms

  • Every order is custom-produced and unique to you.

  • All payments are final — no refunds or store credits will be issued.

  • If we verify that an error occurred on our part, we will reprint or replace your order at no additional cost.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive your order and notice a problem, please:

  1. Contact Custom Box Master within 3 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide a clear description (and photos, if possible) of the issue so our quality team can review.

Reprint Policy

  • If our quality control team confirms a printing or production error, we will reprint your original order.

  • We do not issue cash refunds — reprints are the only resolution offered for verified errors.

  • All defect evaluations are conducted exclusively by our quality review team.

Returning Defective Products

  • You must return defective products to Custom Box Master within 7 business days at your own shipping cost to be eligible for a reprint.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition for proper inspection.

Rush Orders

  • Rush processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
