To qualify for a reprint, you must report the issue within 3 business days of delivery and return defective products (at your expense) within 7 business days.
Rush order fees are non-refundable.
All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full before production begins.
Once proof approval is given and your job enters production, no changes can be made.
Cancellations:
Within 4 hours after proof approval: $30 fee + 10% of total order amount.
After 24 hours: 50% of total order amount (if cancellation is still possible).
Production time begins after proof approval and payment.
Design approvals must be received before 10:00 AM CST for same-day processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.
If you provide an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
We are not liable for loss or damage during shipping, but we can assist in filing claims with carriers.
We are not responsible for errors in your final product related to:
Spelling, grammar, or punctuation
Fonts, graphics, dielines, or cropping marks
Color variations or size differences
Custom Box Master, its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility.
